From first hello to final petal, our process is designed to feel as effortless as it is exciting. We know our couples are curious, discerning and full of good ideas — our job is to listen, refine, and elevate. Here's how we bring your floral daydreams to life:

  1. Initial Enquiry

    Whether you're just exploring ideas or already dreaming in colour palettes, we’ve got a way to meet you where you are. Choose from our Initial Enquiry Form or Availability Check, — each designed to suit whatever stage of the planning journey you're in.

  2. Consultation Call

    We hop on a relaxed call to chat through your aesthetic, priorities and floral Wishlist. Whether you're flower-savvy or feeling a bit lost, we're here to guide.

  3. Proposal Delivery
    Within five working days, we send over a tailored proposal complete with concepts, colour palettes, and pricing. This is where your celebration starts to take shape.

  4. Booking Confirmation
    You secure your date with a deposit (around 25%). We'll then reserve your wedding in our calendar and begin crafting your story in stems.

  5. Design Development
    We refine every detail around 3 months from your wedding — from the ribbon on your bouquet to the arch that frames your vows. Expect mood boards, joyful email exchanges and the occasional happy squeal.

  6. Wedding Day Execution
    We arrive early, calm and caffeine-fuelled. You won't need to lift a finger — we handle every stem, structure and table arrangement so you can soak up the magic.
